From 6 April 2016, it is now possible to payroll many employee benefits, such as company cars and health insurance. Our team can help you register for this initiative, which negates the need for a P11D at the end of each tax year. The new benefit in kind increases the employee’s pay that is subject to tax (and NI, if applicable) and the tax and NI is then calculated on the higher gross pay, reducing the employee’s net pay. Auto enrolment

Everyone has heard about auto enrolment, but not every employer realises what it is or what they have to do to meet their responsibilities.

With the introduction of the Pension Reform, there is now a legal requirement on every employer to offer a workplace pension.
